For over three decades, Sarah Grace has devoted her life to the study and lived experience of human connection, emotional depth, spiritual evolution, and the magic of healing.
Sarah holds a BA in Counseling Psychology with a focus on Eco Psychology and Couples Counseling (2009), and an MS in Clinical Psychology (2020), where her research explored healing early life trauma through mindfulness-based interventions.
In 2021, she completed over 750 hours of advanced training in relationship transformation and sacred sexuality through the VITA certification with Layla Martin.
Sarah Grace’s unique gift lies in her ability to integrate multiple dimensions of healing simultaneously: psychological, somatic, emotional, relational, and energetic, while holding both deeply safe and profoundly activating and initiatory spaces.
Her sessions are immersive, precise, and intuitively guided, designed to access hidden patterns, emotional imprints, and energetic dynamics that define how you relate in intimacy, love, and how you connect.
